These terms govern your use of the Greenlue website at greenlue.com, including our care guides and the beta waitlist. By using this site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Greenlue's care guides are educational content written to help families understand what to expect and ask better questions. They are not medical advice, and they do not create a doctor–patient relationship. They are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a qualified clinician who knows your parent's situation. Always follow the guidance of your parent's own care team. If you think someone is having a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
What this site is
Greenlue is building an AI caregiver product for families coordinating an aging parent's health. That product is currently in private beta and is not generally available. This website is a marketing site and a waitlist signup — nothing on it constitutes an offer of, or a guarantee of access to, the product.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means we may email you about Greenlue. It does not guarantee that you will receive access to the beta, or that access will be offered on any particular timeline or on any particular terms. We may change, delay, or discontinue the beta program at any time. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by writing to support@greenlue.com.
When the product becomes available to you, its use will be governed by a separate product agreement that you'll be asked to review at that time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes anyone's rights;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or its data;
- Interfere with or disrupt the site, including by scraping in a way that degrades service, or by submitting false or automated waitlist entries;
- Republish our care guides in whole or in substantial part as your own, or resell them.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — including the care guides, text, design, and the Greenlue name and logo — is owned by Greenlue or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read, print, and share links to our guides for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
Third-party links and sources
Our guides cite and link to third-party sources such as medical associations and government health agencies. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or accuracy. A link is not an endorsement, and no affiliation is implied.
No affiliation with providers or insurers
Greenlue is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any hospital, health system, insurer, pharmacy, or medical provider mentioned on this site.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep our guides accurate and current, but medical guidance changes and individual situations differ. We make no warranty that the content is complete, current, or applicable to your parent's circumstances. The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may change or remove content, or take the site down, at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greenlue will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of — or reliance on — this site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Greenlue develops. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
