Greenlue ("Greenlue," "we," "us") is building an AI caregiver that helps families coordinate an aging parent's health. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us

The only personal information this site asks for is your email address, submitted through the waitlist form. If you email us directly, we also receive whatever you choose to include in that message.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site is served through a hosting provider that automatically records basic technical information when you visit — including your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you view, and the time of your visit. This is standard server logging used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

What we do not collect here

• We do not ask for or store medical records, diagnoses, or any health information about you or your parent through this website.
• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.

How we use your information

• To contact you about the beta. If you join the waitlist, we use your email address to tell you when Greenlue is ready for you and to share occasional updates about the product.
• To answer you. If you write to us, we use your message to respond.
• To operate and improve the site. We use aggregate technical information to understand what's working, fix problems, and keep the site secure.

We will not use your email address for anything unrelated to Greenlue, and we will not add you to unrelated mailing lists.

Service providers

We use a small number of third-party providers to run this site and our waitlist — including our web host and form-handling provider, and the email service we use to reach you. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Some of them may be located in, or process data in, the United States or other countries.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist email addresses until you ask us to remove you, or until we no longer have a reason to keep them. Server logs are retained for a limited period by our hosting provider in the normal course of operating the service.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from the list.
• Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@greenlue.com and we will act on your request.
• Residents of California, the EU/EEA, the UK, and other regions may have additional rights under local law, including the right to object to certain processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us and we will help.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including serving this site over HTTPS and limiting who can access the waitlist. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Greenlue develops — in particular, before the product launches and begins handling health information. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify waitlist members by email.
